Your brand values. Your brand personality. Your target audience (not a demographic — one woman, one specific problem, one specific desire). And what you want your name to be known for. You write your first positioning statement.
DAY 03
Niche + Message
Your niche is not a cage — it's a door. Today we find the intersection of what you know, what you've lived, and who you're best positioned to help. Then we build your messaging tree: core message, primary messages, proof points, CTAs. When you have the tree, you stop wondering what to post.
DAY 04
Content Strategy
You don't have a content problem. You have a system problem. Today you build yours: content pillars with real angles (not categories — perspectives), formats you can actually sustain, a weekly rhythm, and a 30-day content map. The blank page loses its power today.
DAY 05
Showing Up on Camera
You're filming today. Not this week. Today. After this audio, you set up your phone, choose one topic, write three bullet points, and hit record. Not to be perfect — to become the woman who shows up.

Building Trust w/ Your Audience
Attention is not the goal. Trust is. We go through the five trust fundamentals — consistency, clarity, value before the ask, engagement, and a clear next step — and you audit where your trust is strongest and weakest.
